Every day, every HBS students goes outside. Please remember to dress for the weather. This includes headgear, mitts and coat. If the temperature, including wind-chill is below -25C then we will have an indoor recess.
According to PWPSD policy "All students riding on school buses during the winter months shall be required to wear winter footwear and outerwear and to carry with them winter headwear and gloves or mitts, effective November 1 to March 31. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that their children comply with this requirement."
HBS has an amazing snow hill from all the snow removal. Students that wish to play on the hill, in grade 1-6, must wear ski pants.
