What a gorgeous day to get outside, come together, and honour Terry’s incredible legacy. ☀️

A big thank you to Constable Sidhu and Officer Lanstone for helping keep our students safe on the road and for taking the time to connect with our kids! 👮‍♀️👮‍♂️💛

On September 29th, our HBS community came together to recognize Orange Shirt Day and honour the Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never made it home, and reflect on the importance of reconciliation.

Our students and staff proudly wore orange to share the message that Every Child Matters. 🧡

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day meaningful and gave our students an opportunity to learn, listen, remember, and show compassion.

Coen Fulmek (Grade 6D) and Brock Fulmek (Grade 3P) participated in the Dreamer's Lake Cross Country Run in Wanham, Alberta on September 17th. Coen placed 5th out of approximately 100 runners and Brock placed 6th! Great job, Fulmek brothers.
